EAT

  • Development of a detailed operational forecasting tool

Argyll Partners prepared a detailed financial forecasting model to enable the business to plan the cashflow impact of different forecast trading scenarios. The model allows the user to alter every aspect of the business including assumptions on store roll-out, store closure and refits, cost and margin structure and stock and creditor assumptions.

The model is used on an ongoing basis.
