Argyll Partners undertook a review of the business to enable a five year business plan to be drafted. Argyll Partners prepared the management team for management presentations and sat alongside them through the process of raising private equity funding to complete a management buy-out.

Argyll Partners was subsequently appointed by management to advise on the management buy-out, with such advice including:

  • Terms of roll-over equity; and
