In advance of a contemplated sale, Argyll Partners was instructed to complete a strategic review of the company, to identify any issues to be resolved. A typical strategic review involves a review of the sustainability, risks and opportunities for the existing business, the visibility and deliverability of new growth opportunities, a review of the balance sheet and working capital in particular and an assessment of the management structure. The output of such a review is a report with recommendations and priority action points.
