Acquisition of Wex Photographic by Aurelius
Argyll Partners and Argyll Debt Advisory acted as lead financial advisor to AURELIUS on its acquisition of Wex from Barclays Ventures. Following the deal, Wex merged with Calumet Photographic, one of AURELIUS's existing portfolio companies.
